14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all our courses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
• Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
• No certificate of completion has been issued
• You have not previously received a refund for the same course

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes exceeding 50%
• Bundle packages after individual courses have been accessed
• One-to-one mentoring sessions that have already taken place
• Art supply kits that have been shipped
• Gift card purchases

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request
3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note:

• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
• Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank

Course Transfers

As an alternative to a refund, we offer the option to transfer your enrolment to a different course of equal or lesser value. If you would like to transfer to a higher-value course, you may pay the difference. Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will work to resolve any technical problems and may extend your access period as compensation.

Cancellation of Subscription Plans

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be provided for partial months
• Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days may be eligible for a prorated refund
